By accessing or using Salezawy, operated by Phasla Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Salezawy is an AI conversational management and auto-reply platform that helps businesses manage and respond to customer conversations on connected channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger via Meta Cloud API integrations, and related features made available through app.salezawy.com.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Salezawy for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including sending spam or unsolicited messages; harassing or misleading recipients; violating intellectual property or privacy rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service; scraping or abusing APIs beyond permitted use; or any activity that violates Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger policies.
5. Meta Platform Compliance
If you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or other Meta products, you must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business terms, and applicable messaging policies (including opt-in, quality, and prohibited content rules). You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected accounts. Salezawy may suspend access if your use risks platform policy violations or harms the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Salezawy, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Phasla Solutions or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
Certain features may require paid plans, credits, or usage-based fees as described at purchase or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Salezawy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated replies may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for reviewing and configuring automation for your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phasla Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Salezawy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, or as required by Meta or law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and intellectual property) will survive.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Phasla Solutions' place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
