In the event of a technical error resulting in an unwarranted deduction of balance, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue. The request will be reviewed, and balance will be compensated if the error is verified.

3. Service Cancellation

You may stop using our services at any time. However, any remaining balance in your account is non-refundable upon cancellation.
